11. I belong to me the most when I run away. When I’m melting between the sun, the sand, rocks, a calm and salty sea. I belong to me the most when I’m alone: or when I’m reading and seeking knowledge. I belong to me the most when I embrace the pace of the earth, gentler than the speed of my thoughts.

12. I’m invited to nurture my unicity, to shed layers to meet an Highest Self that is no longer burdened by the weight of worned out believes. To meet the Woman I’m Meant to Be, I have things to let go in the wind. I am called to nurture my body, to heal my throat chakra and to lift weights from my shoulders. I’m not everybody superhero, I’m my own healer. And when I’ll find the perfect recipe, I’m called to share with the class. Stay with me until, pinky promise?
