Dear reader,
Writing for this blog motivates me beyonds expectations.
Before taking place behind my bar with a coffee at an obnoxious hour and writing for you all my favorite unwinding methode, Iβll go clean a little bit more of my tiny yet tidy flat.
Sunday is my open diary : I pour in it my habits, day-to-day musing.
Something Iβm pondering a lot is, am I as myself as normal when I write in another language than my mother tongue?
But Iβve always channeled something greater than me while writing β thatβs how it felt for the longest now, cryptically.
I finally opted for a more healthy and conscious choice for a beverage : a green tea with ginger slices because my body is still⦠weak.
Take it, big ego !
My immunity last year was pretty weak and Iβm not used to it.
My emotions boiling and taking me too far is something, but my body engaging in illnesses after years of standing still is another thing on my plate.
What lead me to re-think my lifestyle.
For years I had the privilege to attend the farmer market every week and cook based on its harvest.
Now, moving forward, we have a flat Iβm finally paying for along with my boyfriend (I used to be one of those pretty thin and depressed girls living on a flat paid for by daddy.)
I used to live in a big city, walkable, and 10K steps a day wasnβt even hard for me.
I would use my bike a lot or sweat my angst in clubs. And without even thinking, my body was holding it for me, because I was active.
Now on the other hand, Iβve been sedentaire for a long time (almost 2 years) with pauses between jobs. In 2024 I attended exactly 3 pilates classes.
Itβs time for a new start and to take my health very seriously because health is wealth and I intend to experience a lifelong of simple luxuries.

βSailor Moonβ is a magical girl show (anime) from the 90βs my mom would watch when I was a little child. Bunny and her long blonde hair, her talkative cat and her bunches of best friends β is a fictive character Iβll always look to when in need of comfort and girly vibes. (Also if youβre an astrobabe, astrology references are everywhere !)
βPaddingtonβ because we went to the cinema with my boy and everytime I watched one of the movies of the franchise I fell in love with the romanticized version of London living in my head (and in βPaddingtonβ).
SleepingBeauty : a french talking wellness content influencer. Sheβs beautiful, pretty educated over wellness and beauty innovations, Iβm very pleased to have found her channel.

I went back to therapy ! Iβm so proud and relieved.
Grateful for :
The incredibles women my life is full of.
Feeling that Iβm healing my feminine wound and transforming my relationships.
Iβm so happy to witness how my soul sister and I are reuniting more truthfully than ever with each other, how my mother is trying her best to heal and be good not only for us but also for herself.
It feels so wonderful to witness it all.
Weβre grown and still girls and so much more too.
TO DO LIST SUNDAY 03 :
Clean the mirrors of the house (living room, room at least)
Finish the handwritten letter for my dear beloved friend C
Buy whole milk (for latte)
Try the golden latte recipe
Ballet beautiful (20mn at least)
Why the βGolden latteβ craze suddenly ?
My interests include Ayurveda and alternative medicine !
Cooking is also one of my dear interests resulting in pairing kitchen knowledge and wellness as an evidence to me, a mediterranean young woman.
I then want to try the original remedies (food, beverages, essential oils..) for myself !
This year I want to give my chance to acupuncture, energetician (magnΓ©tiseur is what we call them in France), ayurveda and such.
So why not try a golden latte recipe at home ?
My recipe :
Curcuma minced
Ginger sliced thin (less than the curcuma)
Coconut virgin oil
Black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon honey
Milk from any sort
Cinnamon (that I didnβt have and need to re-stock)
Cook the curcuma and ginger in coconut oil for 3mn, add the pepper and the lemon, then milk and honey on top, let it simmer 2mn. Blend it.
Tada!
Whatβs the benefits ?
This is a summary of changes I want to implant throughout this year.
Itβs my responsibility to care for my health, body and soul.
I take it with great joy and hope to respect my being in the process !
Also Iβll share with you my Wellness & Beauty wishlist of the year.
I wish to invest more in conscious products for my health and beauty, to shop in bioshop the more I can and buy from the producers too. Dry brushing benefits is winking at me and I want to take vitamins more, eating them in supplements but more importantly through my alimentation.
Whole foods, organic, freshβ¦ and easy too ! I love cooking from all over the world and Iβm fond of spices so itβs easy for me to try a lot of recipes.

Maybe one day Iβll open a restaurant ? Haha.

I wrote this piece to unwind and it begins Saturday and it ends with us, this Sunday.
Writing in another language than my own requires a lot of my attention to give you a panel of my thoughts.
As always I had a lot of fun writing it and I hope to come back very soon, with exciting news (Iβm waiting for a girlfriend of mine to share esoteric beauty secrets for my next post in a zine format.)
